Background

Marcus Tippens represents clients in a variety of practice areas including professional liability, corporate governance, complex civil litigation, and business litigation. Marcus has considerable experience at all stages of the litigation process from drafting initial pleadings, law and motion, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. Marcus also has had success in obtaining favorable resolutions for his clients through arbitration and mediation.

Marcus was raised in the small-town of Lovelock, Nevada. Marcus attended Brown University where he played varsity football and majored in sociology. Subsequently, Marcus received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. Since coming to LA for law school, Marcus enjoys all that the city has to offer including going to Lakers and Dodgers games and attending live music events.
